Jay Johnson, the once promising N.B.A. rookie whose career was
cut short by his drug addiction, is now 35 and homeless
dreaming of what should have been. When an N.B.A. owner
decides to recruit a group of outcasts he is given a second chance
to make things right. Helping Jay get back his dream are the fresh recruits:

At Shooting Guard: Manny Lester the psychotic

he falls in love with the strong willed Nicki, a jaded stripper and
dancer for the team. Against all odds, this wacked out bunch of losers become winners and proves that it’s never too late for
